What platforms are supported?

Track This runs natively on iOS and iPadOS, with a companion web dashboard for desktop. The Safari extension works on both iOS and macOS Safari.

How often does Track This refresh my data?

Refresh frequency depends on your plan. Free plans check every three to six hours, Plus and Pro plans refresh every one to two hours, and Gold drops to every 30 minutes.

Do you store my credentials?

No plaintext credentials are stored. Sensitive keys are encrypted end-to-end using your device passcode and are only decrypted locally when required to sync with the store or service.

Can I share a dashboard with my team?

Team sharing is available on the Pro plan and above. Invite collaborators via email and assign them view-only or edit privileges.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from the App Store subscription panel or within Settings → Billing inside the app. Your data remains available until the end of the billing period.
