We collect the minimum data required to operate Track This: account email, encrypted integration tokens, and usage analytics that help us troubleshoot performance issues.

How data is used

Data is used to refresh your tracked items, deliver notifications, and improve the reliability of integrations. We never sell your data and only share it with infrastructure partners that provide hosting or analytics (e.g., Apple, AWS) under strict agreements.

Security

Sensitive secrets are encrypted using device-bound keys. We follow best practices for TLS, key rotation, and logging. Access to production systems is limited to vetted engineers.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data anytime by contacting privacy@trackthis.app. Deleting your account removes all stored connections within 30 days except where longer retention is required by law.
