Your agreement with Track This.

By downloading or using Track This you agree to the following conditions. We keep this page updated as the product grows.

1. Use of the service

You may use Track This for personal or business monitoring as long as it complies with applicable laws and the terms of the stores or services you connect. Abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized reselling of the software is prohibited.

2. Accounts and billing

Subscription fees are billed through the App Store. Downgrading or canceling may reduce access to certain features at the end of your billing cycle. Paid plans are non-transferable.

3. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you track. Track This receives a license to process that data solely for delivering notifications and sync. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

4. Limitation of liability

Track This is provided “as is.” We work hard to maintain uptime but cannot be responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by missed notifications or third-party outages.
